When you see the “Quick-Ship” icon, it means usually items are in stock and we can ship them within 1 to 3 business days. Sometimes we can even ship them within 1 day! There’s sometimes a limit of 12 items per type, but we might be able to get you more or ship them faster depending on the product and season. Contact us to ask. Just remember to tell us you want Quick-Ship when you order, or we’ll follow our regular shipping times.”
When you order a “Built-to-Order product”, we’ll build it for you based on the size and color you want. These products aren’t already made and in stock. They usually take around 5 business days to build and ship, but sometimes there are delays because of different factors like order size and the season. STANDARD LEAD TIME: Usually, if you order something in a regular or standard color, it will take 5 to 10 business days to ship. On each product page, we post in the additional information section, how long it will take, but sometimes things happen like bad weather or supply chain problems or quality control issues that can make it longer. If you need your order by a certain date, let us know and we’ll see if we can make it happen. If you want a different color or extra stuff, it will take about 5 more days. If you want something really special, we’ll tell you how long it will take.
